What's Line is a quarterly newsletter of the Ala. Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped, a division of the Library Service. It contains news of interest to handicapped persons, including descriptions not only of services, programs, and activities of the Library but also of products and catalogs available from businesses. It also contains notes about legislation, federal services, regional activities, new staff members, and talking books produced by the Library. Illustrated by photographs, the series documents the Library Service's role of serving all citizens of the state.
